Frank Shelton
Founder & President
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Frank Shelton leads Shelton Construction as President. He attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas after graduating from Granbury High School. As a Certified Green Builder and certified graduate builder, Frank is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable building solutions. As President, he oversees all aspects of the company, from project management and client relations to strategic planning and quality assurance. His leadership aims to ensure that each project runs smoothly, stays within budget, and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Frank finds the most fulfillment in helping clients bring their dream projects to life, guiding them through the construction process with experience and dedication. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and participating in mission trips with his church, using his skills to give back to communities in need.

Bobby Thoms
Sales Consultant
With nearly 20 years of experience in customer engagement and partner enablement, Bobby Thoms brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a Sales Consultant. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. His career has provided him with unique opportunities, including working in India for several months, further expanding his global business perspective. In his role, Bobby is responsible for new client sales, leading presentations, and managing client communications to ensure seamless and successful partnerships. He excels in communication, active listening, and critical thinking—skills that enable him to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions. Bobby finds the most fulfillment in helping customers achieve their goals, fostering strong relationships that lead to long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events and spending time fishing.
Amanda Martin
Customer Relations & Marketing Manager
Amanda Martin brings a diverse background in nursing, business management, and marketing, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood University. She began her career in nursing before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales with Johnson & Johnson and later owning and operating an independent business for seven years. In 2023, she joined the Shelton team, where she oversees customer relations, social media, marketing, subcontractor relations, bidding, budgeting, and communication. Passionate about problem-solving and efficiency, Amanda finds fulfillment in helping colleagues and clients, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution. Outside of work, she enjoys music of all genres, concerts, movies, traveling, and roller coasters, as well as spending time with her family and caring for her elderly parents. She takes pride in her education, adaptability, and innovative mindset, always striving to foster a positive and communicative environment.
Jeffrey Norris
Marketing & Operations
Jeffrey Norris brings a background in both sports marketing and emergency response to his role as Marketing & Operations Manager. He attended Dallas Baptist University, is CPR certified and holds multiple Federal Emergency Management certifications as well. Jeffrey applies his experience in digital marketing to identify both current trends as well as homeowner and business needs. He develops and integrates effective marketing strategies to connect clients with the right solutions, helping Shelton Construction continue to grow into becoming an industry leader. Jeffrey finds the most fulfillment in building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients, businesses, and subcontractors, all with the goal of making North Texas a better place. Outside of work, he owns a sports media company, is a volunteer firefighter in a rural town, and enjoys traveling across Texas and the United States with friends and family.
